The cost for the 6 week course is $75.
*Night 1 is for owners only, NO DOGS PLEASE.
Sign Up Procedures: Our classes are on high demand, and always fill ahead of time.
Please let me know if you want to take this course, I will place your name on our “Interested in Class” list. To hold your spot in the class we need your payment as soon as possible, your payment is what holds your spot in the class. We take 10 new dogs in a class. Names go on the official class roster once we receive your payment, not when you tell us you want to attend. If we receive 10 payments before yours, you may not get a spot in the class.
Payments can be either:
1. Mailed to - Contented Canines : 120 - 34th St. Moline 61265
2. Dropped off at - Contented Canines : 120 - 34th St. Moline 61265 (Monday - Thursday 7am - 6pm)
With your payment we need, preferably an email address, or a regular mailing address. We will send you a conformation, reminder information for the first night, and a form to fill out and bring back with you the first night.
